The Johnson's have been so great at raising Hazel's puppies. They are a gregarious family with a lot of friends  and a large extended family. They did a great job of raising Hazel's first 2 litters, and are excited to do it again. This will probably be her last litter. They are great at keeping records and doing each weekly "assignments" with the puppies. It is great that I live minutes away and can come and play and take pictures of the puppies. Kathy has been posting a lot on Instagram, see them on: labradoodlesellsworth, or at EllsWORTH Labradoodles

The Johnson's  picked the short term names  as "Hazel's  Sweethearts", in honor of Valentines Day

April 25th, Honey and Babe are doing great! Honey is more mellow and calm than Babe, Babe is more energetic, but they both can relax and be calm, and they can both get the zoomies and run around. They are sleeping mostly in their own crates, (occasionally I let them sleep together in the same crate)next to each other. They are sleeping from about 10:30 to 7:00 am, and I usually go in and let them out before they start barking or crying. They are pretty quiet in the house. They are learning to sit, walk on a leash, they are learning "watch me" and "Place". They have been to a senior living home and were loved on by a bunch of wonderful folks. They are funny and fun, They will get their 2nd set of puppy vaccinations on Friday April 18th.

March 29 2023 The puppies have had so many people see and play with them this week, They are so brave and so happy. They love to run and are learning new things.

The volhard aptitude test is scheduled for next Wednesday April 5th and we plan to allocate after everyone has had a chance to watch the video's. It looks like there is still 2 puppies that will be available. The puppies will also leave the Johnson's home and come to my house until they go to their new homes. I am excited to find out their new names and which puppy will go where. We are also having Amy Jensen from Baxter and Bella come and look at this litter for possible training to help with a child with autism.  What a wonderful experience that will be!

March 23, 2023 The puppies love to run and play outside when ever the weather is good enough to let them out. They are  doing really well with potty training, and they seem to all be moving off the blankets and on the the grates to potty. They are eating "puppy mush" 3 times  a day, although Hazel is still feeding them too. We will start crate training this weekend with an open crate in the weaning box. Their teeth are coming in strong. They like to chew, so we are discouraging chewing on human fingers and clothes, which is a work in progress. They are as darling as can be!

March 8th, Hazel's puppies all have their eyes open and I am pretty sure their ears are open too. They are getting up on all four legs, and walking now, they try to chew on each other and are playing a little bit. Hazel is spending a lot more time out of the box, just going in to feed them and clean up after them. They are starting to move off the sleeping area to potty, and are potting on their own, with out the help of Hazel licking them. They now get to listen to classical music during the day and can have more people hold and cuddle them. They sure are growing up fast.

February 27, The puppies are two weeks old now, their eyes are starting to open, their ears are still closed. Today they moved into a larger weaning box. Once their eyes are all open they will start moving around a lot more, and hopefully will learn to move out of the sleeping area to potty. They are fat and healthy and are starting to chew on each other. The Johnson's are doing a great job with the puppies, They are doing the ENS and also ESI (the early scent introduction). The puppies are getting a lot of love and attention and cuddles, Hazel is very relaxed with these puppies, she is taking great care of them, and seems so calm and happy, This is her third and probably last litter and you can tell that she is now a pro!
